2016 is drawing to a close! Time to look back at the Top 10 Posts from 2016 here at Julie Measures
2016 is drawing to close and it’s time to take a minute and think back about what the year has brought. My word for this year was Impact and it turned out to be a pretty important word for me this year. I joined the Junior League, I started my pattern shop, we moved, and I changed my blog name just to name a few things. And actually the name change happened with very little announcement here on my blog! If you missed it, Julie is Coco and Cocoa transitioned to Julie Measures.
To finish out the year I wanted to take a look at the Top 10 Posts from 2016 here at Julie Measures.
Starting with number ten…
10. Spare Tire Chocolate Cake Donuts
This is the recipe that made my kids fall in love with homemade donuts.
And you don’t even have to go outside to grill them!
This free crochet pattern was very handy during our move. Cleaning the old apartment, cleaning the new house. Lots of cleaning happened this year.
The first glove pattern I released!
My cat Coco still lays on this bed that I made her. It sits under my desk and she likes to hang out near me while I work.
5. 3 No-Sew Fleece Scarf Patterns
All you need is some fleece and yarn! Three different fleece scarf variations that are quick and easy to make.
4. Slouchy Spiral Crochet Hat Pattern
The very first pattern I released! This crochet pattern is quick to make and they look good on pretty much everyone.
3. Easy and Delicious Magic Bars
One of my absolute favorite desserts! I also made a video for this recipe that is one of the most popular on my YouTube channel.
Owls ruled the blog here in 2016. I was so excited when I came up with a crochet version of my knit owl hat. It was my first real experience with crochet cables and now I love them.
Did I mention that 2016 was the year of the owl here on Julie Measures? I was floored by the response I received for my owl hat. Thank you to everyone for your support. I can’t wait to share more patterns with you in the new year.
What was your favorite post from 2016? Did it make this years Top 10 List?
