The Avengers: Age of Ultron Role Play, Snacks, and a DIY

May 4, 2015 by Julie 14 Comments

This shop has been compensated by Collective Bias, Inc. and its advertiser. All opinions are mine alone. #AvengersUnite #CollectiveBias Picking our super hero alter ego is pretty serious business. Littlest is very clearly the Hulk. Part sweet, part destruction, and I'm fairly certain I hear the words "Hulk smash" on a daily basis. Skip Counting by 10’s

April 30, 2015 by Julie Leave a Comment

Littlest loves numbers. Currently his favorite number is 8940. I'm not really sure why, but if he is trying to convey a large number number of something to you, that's the number that he picks. I'm doing a combination of crochet red poppy-like flowers and some pink crocheted flowers. Each flower is crocheted and then I … [Read more...]

For the first time since we've lived in our apartment (about two years) we had window washers come visit us. Over a couple of days last week they washed all the exterior windows on our building. How fitting then that we have had rain almost … [Read more...]

Paint a Pillow

April 23, 2015 by Julie Leave a Comment

We like bright bold colors at my house. My husband studied interior design and we don't necessarily have a traditional color scheme going on. My living room is home to an orange couch. I can't always find accessories in the right colors to match what we already have. Being able to personalized items is one of my favorite things about knitting or creating, so I was really … [Read more...]
