a trio of crochet flowers

March 29, 2012 by Julie 1 Comment

I love this grouping of flower sizes. From the large brooch to the small hair flowers. A little something for everyone.

The small flowers are 2 inches across. The large brooch is around 6.

The little flowers are going in the mail today for a special customer, but I’m already making more.

Love your little flowers in different sizes. My kids have got me crocheting a shabby chic white ghan with mauve, pink and green pastel colored yarn in my spare time, only a 3rd of the way through though, then I still have to put flowers and butterflies on it.
I’m also crocheting striped granny cell phone pouches for my girls new Tracfone smart phone’s so they don’t scratch their touch screens as they cost me $50 ea. I’m paying $6/month for 40 minutes of talk time for each of them, very cheap I think.
Does anyone have a tutorial for crocheting butterflies? I’ve never seen any but would really like to try. Otherwise I’ll have to make felt butterflies for my ghan instead.
