The Best Caramel Dip Recipe

August 29, 2018 by Julie 6 Comments

Get ready for fall with the Best Caramel Dip Recipe

Fall and apples seem to go hand in hand. More specifically fall and caramel apples.

I do love a traditional caramel with my apple, but it’s not always great for dipping. There is something about this creamy caramel dip that just makes it the best.

And don’t feel like you need to limit your caramel dipping to just apples. While it tastes delicious with apple slices, it’s also fantastic with those big pretzel sticks. Spread it over some brownies. Or, who am I kidding, eat it straight from the bowl with a spoon.

With only three ingredients it’s easy to whip up for dessert any night of the week, and it’s so delicious that if you take it to a party be prepared to give out the recipe.

Throwback photo of Littlest enjoying the caramel dip when he was about 4 years old. We did preschool at home that year and I made caramel dip the week we did the letter A. Littlest, like a lot of kids, love to dip foods, so I cut up some apples for us to dip in our creamy caramel dip.

The Best Caramel Dip Recipe

  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • Cream all ingredients together.
  • That’s it!

Want some more apple fun? Make this Painted Apple Mason Jar or enjoy some Fried Cinnamon and Sugar Apple Rings.
