I grew up on Texas road trips. Born and raised in Texas, my love for the state is as big as it is. I have traveled to every corner of the state: Amarillo, Lubbock, El Paso, Marfa, Big Bend, Padre, Houston, Lufkin, Longview, Granbury, and more.

Traveling around Texas you can visit amusement parks, play on beaches, go camping, and see museums. Traveling is a perfect opportunity to try new foods and visit local restaurants. You take history filled trips to learn about Texas history and US history. While I love visiting big cities I’m just as happy in a small Texas town.

Waco

La Grange

This quaint Texas destination is perfect for food, shopping, and relaxing. Check out the relaxing cabin where we stayed! My trip to La Grange is a personal favorite because of their Czech heritage (where some of my ancestors came from) and some of the most delicious kolaches I’ve ever eaten.

Columbus
