Shiplap Wall Project

September 19, 2016 by Julie 2 Comments

Are you a fan of Shiplap? We used reclaimed shiplap to create a shiplap wall focal point in our home! We had a bit of an overlap with our move this summer. Our renters moved out at the end of June and we needed to be out of our apartment at the end of July. That gave us almost a full month to work on the house before we had to move. Working on a house is infinitely easier if you're not also … [Read more...]

Paint a Pillow

April 23, 2015 by Julie Leave a Comment

Since they are renting (and yes, they got permission to paint their apartment) they didn't want to get too crazy with their painting. But they did want to make their place feel more like home. My sister decided she wanted to try out a … [Read more...]

Let’s see the world

March 3, 2014 by Julie 4 Comments

I love to travel. I don't get to do it nearly as often as I'd like to, but seeing new places and eating new foods really is one of my favorite things. So I was pretty excited when Personal Creations sent me this world travel map. The map comes with a box of four different kinds of pins. There is a key on the bottom right hand side of the map that explains the different pinsRed … [Read more...]
