Stuffed Strawberry Shake

February 12, 2015 by Julie Leave a Comment

stuffed strawberry shake

What do you do when you can’t decide between making some cheesecake stuffed strawberries and a strawberry shake for your letter ‘S’ treat? You combine them.

Yep, it’s a cheesecake stuffed strawberry shake. And I promise it’s just as delicious as it sounds.

Ingredients
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup frozen whole strawberries

Directions
Blend cream cheese, milk, 1 Tbsp. sugar, and vanilla until smooth. If desired, remove 1/4 cup of the cream cheese mixture to reserve for use as a garnish/swirl.
Add strawberries and 1 Tbsp. sugar to the cream cheese mixture and blend until smooth.
Pour into two glasses and top with reserved cream cheese mixture if desired.

Enjoy!
