Last night, after I had made dinner, put the kids to bed, and done my homework, I looked at my husband and told him I just needed a ‘me’ moment. The evenings are the easiest time for me to take a minute to myself. In the quiet, when all the boys are asleep. I might grab a book or the iPad to watch a show. I might play a game on my phone. And I will almost definitely have a snack.

I’m a sweets kind of girl. So when I find a better-for-me sweet choice I want to share it. This week I tried my hand at some frozen yogurt bark. Let’s just say it’s the perfect indulgent treat and balance of taste and nutrition. Over the weekend I picked up some of the brand new Müller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurt. They were giving at some samples at my Walmart. I grabbed the Mint Chocolate Chip and Raspberry Chocolate Chip flavors to come home with me.

To make the frozen yogurt bark I started by lining a cookie sheet with foil. Then I spread out the yogurt, fairly thin. I used the Raspberry flavor for this bark. I topped it with some chopped almonds, chopped fresh raspberries, and some chocolate chips. Then I put the whole thing in the freezer for about an hour. Once it was frozen, all I had to do was take it out and break it into pieces (just like candy bark).
