Spa Inspired Infused Water Recipes

When the kids are home for the summer it’s easy to forget about taking care of ourselves. But with all the running around and the heat, hydration is just as important as ever. I’ll be honest that I struggle with drinking enough fluids year round, but I really notice when it’s hot outside if I’m not drinking enough. As a way to encourage myself to keep hydrated, and give myself a little treat, I’ve created 5 different spa inspired infused water drink recipes.

I read that cucumbers, watermelon, strawberries, and pineapple all contain a large amount of water on their own. Those were the starting point for a lot of my recipes.

Spa Inspired Infused Water Recipes

I picked up all the fruits and vegetables (is a cucumber a fruit or vegetable?) that I needed at Walmart. The fresh mint is straight from my Mom’s garden, though it’s easy to purchase at the store as well.

First up is my pineapple mint infused sparkling lime water. I chose to purchase some pre-cut fresh pineapple, though you could also buy a whole pineapple and cut it up. Drop several chunks of pineapple in your glass, pour the DASANI® Sparkling over the pineapple (I picked lime to go with this recipe), and then insert a sprig of mint into the glass. You will want to let the pineapple and mint sit at least for a short amount of time before drinking so you really get those flavors.

I really filled up my glass with this one. I used one whole sliced kiwi and a few slices of fresh orange. And this time I’m grabbing DASANI® Sparkling Lemon to pour over the top before adding some fresh mint.

Another great fruit with lots of water is watermelon. Probably pretty obvious based on its name. It was fun to see which fruits floated and which didn’t. My watermelon sat on the bottom of my glass filled with DASANI® Sparkling Lemon and a sprig of mint.

Strawberries and lemon are one of my favorite combinations. Naturally I wanted them together in one of my fruit infused drinks. Two sliced strawberries, some sliced lemon, and a few mint leaves added to a glass of DASANI® Sparkling Lime.

My list of spa inspired infused water recipes wouldn’t be complete without at least one recipe that had cucumber in it. Here I’ve got some cucumber slices, lemon slices, and fresh mint leaves. I combined this with DASANI® Sparkling Lime for a really classic spa flavor.

Are you ready for your own ‘break for bubbles’? These infused sparkling water drinks were all super quick to make. Make yourself a glass, close your eyes and let yourself enjoy a few spa inspired minutes a little sparkle and hint of flavor. Maybe even take the spa idea farther and give yourself a facial while you sip!

How fun!!! Love that you were able to create all these different amazing flavor options so easily. This would be the perfect thing for a summer party, or even just as a pick me up like you used it! ~ Client

I love infused waters. I don’t do the sparkle part since I can’t handle the carbonation, but these recipes sound really refreshing so I will be trying them sans the Sparkling water. I miss carbonation. Thanks for the summer refreshers.
