Happy New Year 2015!
We spent the majority of last night at my parents house eating food and playing games together. But by 11 people (specifically Littlest) were starting to get tired. So we put everyone in the car and drove home. Littlest fell asleep in the car, but we got home in time for the rest of us to turn on the TV and count down to 2015. We even got to enjoy the fireworks outside from our windows.
Last New Year’s was the first time that I picked a word as my focus for the year. ‘Shine’ was my word for 2014. I decided to keep up the tradition this year.
My word for 2015 is “Grow.”
I want my blog and business to grow. And I’m creating specific goals to keep that growth on track.
I want physical growth with healthy. That includes eating well and exercising regularly. More specific goals.
I want my relationships with family and friends to grow. I’m working on some specifics here as well.
And while I want all of my goals to be attainable I also want them to push me.
Because I often find myself stuck doing what is comfortable. And in order to grow I have to leave that comfort zone.
