My word for this year was ‘shine‘.
And one of my goals for the year was to share my yarn love in a public way. I started the year with a shine yarn bomb, and that seemed to lead the way for the rest of the year. The kids and I left yarn hearts around town for Valentine’s Day. We did a a good luck yarn bomb in March. I made Easter Eggs to share. I left a patriotic yarn bomb at the park in July. When the kids went back to school I made an ASK (Always Seek Knowledge) back to school yarn bomb. There were a few others along the way as well. Clearly, I have a had a great time with this goal throughout the year.
I couldn’t let the year end without at least one more yarn bomb. This time a Christmas Stars yarn bomb. I’m calling it my spreading Christmas cheer yarn bomb. Star ornaments hung from some branches, that will hopefully bring a smile to anyone who passes them.
