Mason Jar Smoothie Blender Trick

April 14, 2015 by Julie 2 Comments

I was at the grocery store and they had the most gorgeous looking strawberries. Littlest and I love eating strawberries and using them to make strawberry smoothies (or shakes). So I was really excited when I discovered a new way to make our smoothies and have less clean up. Pint size mason jars fit a majority of blenders. Which means I can put all the ingredients in the mason jar, … [Read more...]

Welcome to No Limits, Texas and my first NASCAR experience

April 13, 2015 by Julie Leave a Comment

I experienced something new this weekend, my very first NASCAR race! I have to say, for a girl who loves knitting and crafts, it was pretty spectacular. We were able to do this mainly with items we already had at home. Two plastic … [Read more...]

As one those ‘busy Moms’ finding some immune support is a great thing. When people ask me what I do, sometimes I don’t really … [Read more...]

Opening Week Baseball Pops

April 7, 2015 by Julie 2 Comments

Baseball starts this week and I don't think that Littlest and my husband could be more excited. What better way to celebrate the start of the season than with some baseball themed treats. For Littlest I decided to make him some baseball pops, aka marshmallows dipped in white chocolate. I got the jumbo sized marshmallows and then cut them in half to make the baseballs. I inserted the … [Read more...]
