It’s no secret that I am a girl with long hair. I also have a lot of hair, it’s pretty thick. Needless to say, my hair ends up all over the place. On my clothes. My kids clothes. My husbands clothes. And on the rugs and carpet in our apartment.
I’m not the only one who sheds either. Two indoor cats leave plenty of their own hair around our apartment. This makes a hard working vacuum essential. I have one rug in particular that really puts our vacuums to the test. This is a very short, dense rug, and every vacuum we have ever had has struggled to get all the hair out of it. Until now.
One trip to Walmart and the rug and my hairy situation are under control. The Eureka Brushroll Clean™ with SuctionSeal® can raise and lower depending on the carpet height, for this rug I put it on the setting just above bare floor. Combined with the SuctionSeal®, one quick pass over the carpet that I had just vacuumed and it was jaw dropping results. Something else that is hard to get out of the carpet? Little yarn scraps. Yes, in addition to leaving hair everywhere I am also known to leave yarn remnants in my wake. The yarn scraps were no match.
Now, if you have long hair, you know that vacuuming up that hair is only part of the problem. Then you have to clean the hair off of the brush on your vacuum. Or at least I used to. Yes, used to. Past tense. Because this new Eureka Brushroll Clean™ with SuctionSeal® has fixed that problem as well with a self-cleaning brush roll. Yep, self-cleaning brushroll. The Brushroll Clean™ portion of the vacuum means that I only need to push this one little pedal and my brush gets to stay clean. Genius!
Also, bonus points to my husband for doing the vacuuming.
