Kitchen Switch Up

Plus we learned possibly my favorite kitchen switch up. To prevent your cutting board from shifting while you are slicing and dicing, slip a damp paper towel underneath it. The paper towel helps the cutting board to stick to the counter and keep everything in place. This has been great around my house with three boys who are always wanting to ‘help’ Mom in the kitchen.

Fancy glasses pretty much only come out for holidays or parties at my house. Which means even though they are technically ‘clean’ they are at least a little dusty. Hand wash, and dry, your glassware using the cloth-like texture of Viva® Vantage® paper towels for a sparkling finish. (And if you’re running a little late doing party prep, you can easily chill a glass bottle by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and putting it in the freezer to chill quickly!)

Serving grapes to your guests? Switch a colander for a Viva® towel to rinse off your grapes before you serve them.
