wine cork board

May 31, 2012 by Julie 2 Comments

This month’s Etsy Fort Worth Upcycle challenge is wine corks.

Now, I don’t drink (wine or otherwise) but I have friends who do who were nice enough to give me some of their wine corks.

My creation using corks is a simple cork board. Here’s my supplies, a 5×7 frame and some wine corks. (This was an old beat up frame that I spray painted red.)

Using a hot glue gun I arranged the corks in a pattern on the cardboard backing that came with the frame

That was it!

And it works great
