Boot Cuffs for the Handmade Harvest

October 29, 2014 by Julie 2 Comments

It is almost here! My first show of the year is this Saturday in Denton, the DIME Store Handmade Harvest. I've been making hats, gloves, scarves, and this week I'm finishing up my crochet boot cuffs. This year I picked some great neutrals that will look fabulously paired up with some pretty boots. If you're local I hope you can make it out to the show! Until then, I've got to … [Read more...]

Yarn Pom Pom Ornaments

October 22, 2014 by Julie Leave a Comment

I am beyond excited to be a vendor at the Etsy Dallas Jingle Bash on November 15th. This handmade show is one of the best around. One of the hearts has the slit in it which is … [Read more...]

Bonus, the yarn is incredibly soft. The second step to creating a "tie dye" crochet scarf was to find the right pattern. I think the swirls in this shell pattern recreates the tie dye look amazingly. Want your own … [Read more...]

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Crochet Scarf

June 4, 2014 by Julie 3 Comments

Growing up my middle sister was crazy about the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Making this Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Crochet Scarf was a blast. Actually I think the Turtles say it better...     And yes, I realize Raphael is missing. Let's just say he was out getting pizza.   … [Read more...]
