Ready for fall football season? Kick up your game day with Slow-cooker BBQ Glazed Kielbasa made with Coca-Cola® Zero Sugar!
I have always watched football. I watched it with my parents growing up and now my husband and I love to watch games together. I still remember when I was in junior high, and I was in the band. We were playing a football game and I was so excited to explain some of the rules of the games to the kids around me.
Fast forward a few years to when my husband and I were dating in college. I was sitting on the couch at his apartment watching TV while he was in the kitchen making us lunch (because food and football should always go together). His roommate came out and caught me watching football in the living room by myself and assumed my husband turned the television on and left. I had to assure him I picked the college football game myself!
Finger foods are my absolute favorite thing to serve as game day dishes. No dishes needed and everyone can much to their hearts content while they watch the game. Add in everyone’s favorite Coca-Cola® Zero Sugar and it makes game day entertaining super easy. My newest favorite dish to make is Slow-cooker BBQ Glazed Kielbasa.
Start by mixing a bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce with a can of Coca-Cola® Zero Sugar. Slice up 2 packages of Kielbasa and place them in a slow cooker. Pour the Coca-Cola® Zero Sugar and BBQ sauce mixture over the top.
Cook on the warm setting for 2 hours, or until hot.
I like to serve mine with toothpicks. Makes serving and eating, not to mention cleanup, so quick and easy.
Do you know what else is quick and easy? Walmart’s online grocery pickup! I can do everything through the app on my phone. Place my order, choose my pickup time, and then Walmart does the rest. They even deliver right to your car. Game changer when it comes to getting everything I need for game day!
Walmart makes it easy to shop for, and stock up on, the things you need for homegating. I was able to order my Coca-Cola® Zero Sugar, as well as everything else I needed for sports entertaining!
