Scrambled Egg Wrap

Looking for a smart and delicious breakfast choice? See how I’m making a Scrambled Egg Wrap!

Nothing makes you feel better than people telling you that you don’t look old enough to have teenagers. In fact, just last week an acquaintance I saw at the grocery store assumed that my teenage son was my brother. I told her I was flattered, but that he was really my son.

Of course sometimes it’s hard for me to believe that I have kids that are teenagers, too. But as my kids get older and busier, and I get older, I have definitely noticed a change in my metabolism. Life and my eating habits have to be different now than they were over a decade ago when the twins were toddlers.

More and more I’m looking for products that can help me prioritize my healthy eating habits. Of course I still want my fun to be fun and flavorful, which is why I’m so glad Weight Watchers® offers a variety of great options.

The new Freestyle™ program with zero Points® foods, along with Weight Watchers® products, make choosing what you eat even easier. You have smart options and flexibility to enjoy more delicious recipes and foods to help you reach your goals.

While I was picking up my weekly groceries at Walmart I was able to pick up Flatout® Flatbread endorsed by Weight Watchers, JOLLY TIME® Healthy Pop® Popcorn endorsed by Weight Watchers, and a package of Weight Watchers® Ice Cream Novelties.

The Flatout® Flatbread endorsed by Weight Watchers is perfect for making Scrambled Egg Wraps for breakfast. The flatbread is not only big on flavor, but it is also high in protein and fiber. Combined with scrambled eggs, it makes a quick, easy, and tasty meal.

You’ll find the Flatout® Flatbread endorsed by Weight Watchers located in the deli/bakery section of most major grocery stores. And the Weight Watchers Endorsed Flatout® Flatbreads are all 2 – 4 SmartPoints® value per serving!

I also picked up some JOLLY TIME® Healthy Pop® Popcorn endorsed by Weight Watchers, perfect for afternoon snacking at my desk. The packs are 100 calories, perfect for portion control. Plus they are Non-GMO and fluten free. They are the only popcorn that is endorsed by Weight Watchers.

With warmer weather coming I wanted to pick up some frozen treats. Weight Watchers® Ice Cream Novelties are individually wrapped for portion control. Made from low-fat milk the snack sizes are all under 100 calories. And there are several different varieties of bars and cones at just 2-4 SmartPoints® value per serving.

I like to cook a dozen eggs at a time and then portion them out for my breakfast throughout the week. When the eggs are about halfway done cooking I add in several handfuls of spinach and fresh diced tomatoes. Finish cooking the eggs and wilt the spinach.

Spoon the egg mixture over the flatbread, roll, and eat. Portion out the remaining scrambled eggs into resealable bags and store in the fridge for a quick breakfast throughout the week.

What Weight Watchers® are you planning to try first? Find them at Walmart!
