Road trip

July 20, 2010 by Julie Leave a Comment

Oldest twin said the funniest thing to me the other day. “Mom, I had an idea, but…”

The kids and I (and my incredible baby sister) went on a last minute road trip yesterday. We drove about 3 hours down to Brownwood to ever so briefly see hubby and drop off some much needed supplies to him. I brought him some extra socks, toothpaste, and seasons 3 and 4 of The Office.

The baby did better than I expected him too and I’m so glad my Dad got the twins portable DVD players for Christmas because they happily watched a movie each way (Finding Nemo going down, Happy Feet coming home).
