Ninja Love

February 14, 2013 by Julie 13 Comments

We’re making a little ninja love this Valentine’s Day.

The twins, especially oldest twin, are really into ninja’s recently. So when I found some ninjabread cookie cutters I knew I had to get them.

Yesterday afternoon the kids Grandma came and picked them up after school and they got to make some ninja cookies with her. The kids got to help decorate them, and they were all really excited with how they turned out.

I always like to make handmade Valentines for the kids. This year I found this “I Love Everything About You” free printable. I shrunk it down and printed it out on some pink construction paper. I used my husbands nice markers and did some coloring on it. And then I punched some holes around the edges so I could give it a nice crochet border.

Tonight we will be ordering Chinese takeout for dinner and eating and home as a family. I plan on making some more ninja cookies (I think I’m going to try a chocolate cookie recipe). And we might even rent a movie.

Happy Valentine’s Day!

Yesterday’s post has been updated to include pictures of where we left our yarn heart bombs
