Feel Good Moments

August 24, 2013 by Julie 4 Comments

Thanks to Ozarka® Brand Sparkling Natural Spring Water for sponsoring today’s discussion
The weekend is here.
I don’t know about you, but for me that doesn’t automatically mean sleeping later and lounging around.
In fact, I’m pretty sure I work harder most weekends than I do during the week.
So here is a list of 5 ways that I like to take a break and create a feel good moment to help get through the weekend.
1. Take silly pictures

2. Play a game.
Words with Friends is my personal favorite. Littlest Brother likes when I play Tic-Tac-Toe with him.
3. Watch a movie.
Littlest Brother wanted his stuffed monkey to watch Curious George with him.

4. Take a walk

5. Enjoying an Ozarka® Brand Sparkling Natural Spring Water

How do take a break during a busy weekend?

It is super important to stay hydrated during the summer! My husband makes fun of me because I drink a TON of water, but really, it is so important!

I make silly photo anytime I need a break or we need to bring back joy to the house. Good list!

I have a pretty serious Words with Friends problem, but I do find it quite relaxing also 🙂

Yep, I’m addicted to Words With Friends 🙂 But I find it relaxing, too.
