Crochet Anchors Away

July 22, 2014 by Julie 16 Comments

Crochet Anchors Away

We’ve got a trip to the beach planned before the summer is over and I’ve got all things nautical on the brain.

These crochet anchors were really quick to make up and add a fun touch of summer decor.

I made two anchors in each color from this pattern and then I stitched them together to make them a little more substantial.

I’m planning to attach fun anchor quotes to each one and give mine to some friends

But I’m pretty sure they could be used for all kinds of things! Stringing several together for a summer bunting. Adding them to other craft projects, like a summer wreath. I even imagine wearing one as a brooch!
