chocolate cake mix cookies

August 30, 2012 by Julie Leave a Comment

I love cake mix cookies. I especially love chocolate cake mix cookies. Easy and delicious.

This time I used this recipe from Betty Crocker

Ingredients
1 box chocolate cake mix
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1/4 cup sugar

Combine all ingredients.

Refrigerate the dough for about 20 minutes (or as needed). Shape the dough into 1-inch bolls and roll in sugar.

Place balls about 2 inches apart on an un-greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 9-11 minutes (or until set). Cool for 1 minute and then remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks.

Store tightly covered. That is if you need to store them. This recipe makes about 2 1/2 dozen cookies and mine all went really fast.
