celebrating a birthday

March 10, 2014 by Julie Leave a Comment

I sometimes (often) struggle with being social. Left to my natural tendencies I’m pretty much a homebody. But birthdays are a great reason to gather with friends for food and fun.
This time it was to celebrate my youngest sisters birthday.
Dinner at a favorite Tex-Mex place. Then hanging out way too late playing games and eating cake.
My sisters and I love playing the game Heads Up on our phones. So for her birthday we got my youngest sister a board game version.
Which meant the night was filled with lots of laughing, singing (the Hey Mr. DJ round), and testing our pop culture knowledge (Superstars).
