Fall is my favorite season weather-wise. I love the cooler temperatures, the change in colors, and the start of baking.
Of course even though it’s technically fall it’s still been in the upper 80’s here. Which means I haven’t been in the mood to do a lot of baking yet. But I saw this when I was at the grocery store the other day and I couldn’t resist.
It tastes like pumpkin pie. And while it’s good, I can’t drink a whole glass of it. I’m thinking maybe I could use it in something. Substitute it for the milk in pancakes? I think I’ll have to try that out this weekend.
I did get some “fall” yarn this week. It’s dark brown with a metallic orange streak that runs through it. I ended up wrapping some earbuds in the yarn.
Of course that didn’t use too much of it (which was my plan). Now I can make something else with what is left!
