Our house was built in 1950 which means the rooms are small. Other than the furniture that my husband builds, a lot of our furniture comes from Ikea. The small style of Ikea furniture fits perfectly and it’s one of my favorite stores. I took a trip there recently and found several things that I really liked.
This platter with the birds. Especially that owl in the corner. (It’s probably obvious that I like owls.)
These mugs remind me of dandelions
I liked this platter with pretty tea-cups on it.
And these lamp shades with embroidery

I’ve always loved those lamp shades! And IKEA is one of the best places to wander. Especially their “as-is” section. It’s so much fun!
