Friday Favorites – Dino-mite

March 15, 2013 by Julie 7 Comments

The kids and I spent yesterday hanging out with some dinosaurs

Just a couple hours from our house is the Dinosaur Valley State Park
We did a little hiking
The twins did some fishing with their Aunt and Uncle
At some point Littlest Brother and his youngest cousin decided to lay down in the dirt
It was a beautiful day and great to be outside

And Littlest Brother loves dinosaurs so he was pretty happy the whole day.

Spending the day at the park got me thinking about all kinds of dinosaur things. I think this would be fun to give Littlest Brother for his birthday.

Or maybe get these prints for his bedroom

He also helped inspire the dino hat that is in my shop

Now I’d love for you to share a favorite thing! Link up your favorite blog post (or posts) from this week. Recipes, crafts, tips, anything goes (just keep it friendly, please). Link up below!

Always amazes me how Dinosaurs fascinate Little Folk! They never got me going, I have to say, but that may be because they weren’t as accessible as they are now.

Have a great week-end,and thanks for the invitation to link with you: have just done so!

I remember being amazed by the dinosaur skeletons at the science museum as a kid. And now that I have three boys I find them fun all over again. Thanks for linking up! I hope you have a great weekend.

Wat a fun day…and those dinosaur finds are too cute (so sad my boy is too “big” for that kind of decor now)
