The Fort Worth Zoo in the fall

On Saturday my husbands company had their annual party at the Fort Worth Zoo. We’ve been to the zoo many times, but always in the summer. I am now a firm believer of going to the zoo in the fall.

The weather was absolutely incredible. A little chilly when we got there but it warmed up nicely. And all the animals were running around. Too often in the summer they are just laying under a tree resting. The baby elephants were playing together. The mountain lions were chasing each other. And the kids really loved feeding the birds. I had fun feeding the birds, too.
