Getting our game on

August 18, 2014 by Julie 10 Comments

Whether I'm ready or not summer is winding down. Last week I asked the kids what we haven't done yet this summer that they wanted to do before we go back to school next week. Youngest Twin's answer was almost immediate, he wanted to go to the arcade. My middle sister came with me and the kids for a fun day of arcades and laser tag. Although Littlest was more than a little disappointed that he was … [Read more...]

Dallas Arboretum Dollar Days

August 11, 2014 by Julie Leave a Comment

We are very lucky that while we don't have a backyard we have a park right across the street from our apartment. As you can … [Read more...]

What what better to do this summer than take a road trip to see some of the places they will be learning about? We started our trip in Austin. There we visited the Texas Memorial Museum and the Blanton Museum of Art. Both are … [Read more...]

{Poster} Cards for Kids

August 4, 2014 by Julie 13 Comments

I am a member of the Collective Bias Social Fabric Community. This shop has been compensated as part of a social shopper amplification for #CollectiveBias and its advertiser #KidsCards. I might be in the minority, but I'm not ready for summer to be over. I'll admit that it's at least partly because I'm not ready for the early mornings of school days. Back to school can be a stressful time, both … [Read more...]
