3rd Birthday

December 10, 2012 by Julie Leave a Comment

It’s been a whirlwind of a week. Finals were last week (very happy those are finished). And then this weekend was the Handmade Holidays show that I have been working hard to help put together.

I love getting together with my craft friends. Here’s a quick picture of my booth.

Right after the show on Saturday oldest twin had a birthday party he was invited to. He had a great time. They had a face painter, but Oldest Twin didn’t want anyone to paint his face. Instead he got his hand painted. He asked her to paint a Pokemon ball. She nicely obliged. (Actually, the face painter was a high school friend of my youngest sister, and it was really fun to fun to see her again!)

And today my youngest boy turns three! We did a birthday dinner with my husband’s family last night. My wonderful mother-in-law made him a train birthday cake (we each got our own car).

It even snowed a little for his birthday. I always have joked that he is my snow baby. The year he was born I had the first white Christmas that I can remember. It has snowed more since he has been born than I ever remember as a kid. Also this morning my husband went out and got donuts for his birthday breakfast. We’ll do more celebrating later this week when family is here visiting.

I also decided I need to change the toddler’s nickname again. (I’m not always good at nicknames). Just like he wasn’t always a baby, he also won’t always be a toddler. So from now on I’ll be calling him littlest brother.

Happy 3rd Birthday Littlest Brother!
