2 ingredient pumpkin cake

October 21, 2011 by Julie 1 Comment

My Mom pinned a recipe on Pinterest last week that was billed as a 2-ingredient pumpkin muffin recipe. I love pumpkin, as you might have guessed by recent food posts, and I was of course intrigued by the prospect of only two ingredients.

I decided to use a yellow cake mix like in the picture (though the recipe says you can use any flavor of cake mix) and I added in my can of pumpkin

I used my blender and mixed the ingredients together (it’s really thick!)

And then I spooned it into my bundt cake pan and baked it for the normal time that a bundt cake takes

It’s a pretty dense cake, but super moist and delicious

It was definitely a hit at our house
