As the kids get bigger so do the toys! This year the twins are getting a electric mini bike. And it’s big enough (the weight limit is up to 200 pounds) that my husband and I can easily ‘borrow’ their new toy to play with it as well.
A few years ago we got our first electric mini bike, the smaller e250 that is geared ages 5-12. While that bike is fun, and still the perfect size for Littlest, the twins were ready for something bigger.
I love that the bike is electric which means that we can just plug it in the charge it, I never have to remember to fill it with gas! Let’s be honest, in my car I put that off until the last possible moment.
While we got the electric mini bike there are gas-powered versions as well if that’s your preference! And they sell go-karts as well.
The bike is big and sturdy. I was glad the twins were excited about their new mini bike and were there to help get it out of the box!
There is some minor assembly required on the bike, mainly connecting the battery and attaching the handlebars. It comes with all the tools that you need. Then you charge it up and get ready to ride! Don’t forget your helmet.
While the mini bikes are fun anywhere you ride them, they are really made to be used-off road. We’ve got a gravel road near our house that was perfect for zooming around.
Monster Moto bikes are assembled in Ruston, Louisiana and come with a 90-day warranty. You can get more information about Monster Moto mini bikes and go-karts here.
